Samson has been leading and inspiring many young people for over 8 years now.   At age 16, he was invited to the House of Lords to partake in a Special Volunteers Awards dinner.   He is now 23 years old and his achievements, awards, and impact made till date speak for themselves.

He was voted by the young people in Lewisham to represent them in the UK Youth Parliament (UKYP).

He spoke at the House of Lords during a UKYP debate. He represented young people again in 2009 in the House of Commons. Once interviewed and shown on BBC News. He is also featured in several local newspapers.

Achievements

  • Samson has done well over a thousand hours of volunteering as a Youth Advisor for Dare London (London Youth & Greater London Authority), Study support assistant (Volunteer) at Millwall FC’s study support center!   
  • Young commissioner for Lewisham from 2007 to 2009.
  • On the 8th April 2009, he received a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award for being a Young Manager for Lewisham.
  • On the 11th March 2009, he also received Greenwich Borough’s ‘Do the right thing award’:
  • Young Citizen Award winner.

Since then, Samson has been speaking at various youth events across the country.   Now he is a Youth Affairs Director in a Branch of an international charity, LoveWorld Incorporated.

Samson has also been invited on to Satellite TV channels on Sky Network to speak about Youth issues such as bullying of which he provided solutions to tackling bullying in schools and in the community.

In August 2013, Samson was selected as a delegate for Microsoft & London Youth’s Innovate for Good program.

 Also in August 2013, Samson was invited to speak at a national youth week event.

Samson was invited to educate and inspire an audience of teenagers and young adults about Sexual awareness at ‘An Arts for change program run by The African Advocacy group.

He is a now a published author.   His first book Lessons from my Father is already changing lives and inspiring many globally.
