Managing the stresses of life are so crucial in beating blues whether they are of the Monday kind or the Thursday kind!  And maintaining harmony, peace and joy in your life.    Obviously, feeling blue is different from depression.

Depression usually occurs when that ‘feeling blue’ state has been prolonged in which case you may need to see a doctor.

Sometimes feeling blue can come about because of triggers like a memory, a regret, seeing others achieving the very thing we are striving for, and so on.  But no matter the trigger, trust me, there are ways of handling those blue thoughts, and get us feeling hopeful once again.
